If you are interested to book booths, you should make the booking immediately, as we expect to be sold out in short time. You can find the available space in the graphs below.
The net price (2 days) per m² is:
- € 260.- (Cat.1) (1st floor around the escalator) SOLD OUT!
- € 225.- (Cat.2) (Rest of 1st floor)
- € 205.- (Cat.3) (Ground floor and 2nd floor)
After reservation and receipt of the invoice, 50 % of the fees have to be paid in advance. The rest of the payment has to be done after receiving the detailed information about the exhibition. Included in the price is (for a standard booth with 9m²)
- the booth with its walls
- 1 table and 3 chairs
- electricity (triple plug socket)
- a simple booth label (in black and white - without logo)
- 1 ticket to the conference (issued to the company's name) including the conference documents
- 3 booth personnel tickets (entrance to the exhibition area only)
- Entrance to the chamber concert and the congress dinner at Stieglkeller for the booth personnel (12th of October, 2017)
- Daily lunch buffet for the booth personnel
Additional furniture, catering, etc. can be booked on demand. Please keep in mind that there is an exclusive contract between the Salzburg Congress and the Sheraton Hotel regarding the catering for all events, and we ask you to comply with these regulations.
The cancellation terms are as follows:
- cancellation until 15.07.2017: 50 %
- cancellation until 15.09.2017: 75 %
- cancellation until 15.09.2017: 100 % (except you designate an alternative exhibitor)
