Registration and payment conditions All participants are asked to complete registration form and e-mail or fax it to the office of the Austrian Society for Geomechanics. After registration, you will receive an invoice. Please specify the invoice number as well as the name of the participant on the money transfer form. The registration is only valid after payment. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, cheque or credit card. Following Credit Cards will be accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB. The payment has to be in Euro (€) and “free of charge for the beneficiary“ The registration fee covers participation in the conference and proceedings. No proceedings are handed out to students on free admission. Name badges, tickets, and proceedings will be handed out directly at the registration desk in the congress centre. Hotel reservation Liberty International Reise GmbH Cancellation Please understand that we can only accept a written cancellation. When cancelling before October 1st 75% of the fee are refunded. If you are unable to attend or cancel later than the above mentioned date, no refund can be granted. We are however willing to accept a substitute participant without any further costs. Registration fees !!! The Austrian Tunnel Day can only be booked in combination with the Geomechanics Colloquium !!!
